Jeju Island Green Tea 2 oz

Jeju Island, just off of the coast of South Korea has rich volcanic soil and ample moisture with cool breezes in winter resulting in unque tea growing conditions.  The result is this unique full bodied yet smooth green tea. Not only a prominent tea-producing region, Jeju Island is also famous for their haenyeo or "sea women," who free-dive as deep as 30 meters to harvest a variety of shell fish and algae. We acquired this tea while visiting South Korea last spring. We were very impressed by the robust flavor and sweet finish.
